Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC launched its smartphone HTC EVO 3D which can be used without 3D glasses. The HTC EVO 3D is an Android 2.3 Gingerbread based smart phone and it’s the follow-up of the most popular EVO 4G.


HTC EVO 3D is the first smartphone available in the Indian market offering a superior 3D viewing experience without glasses. As 3D popularity is increasing in both movie theatres and family rooms, the ability to enjoy glasses-free 3D on a wireless phone will surely change the way customers interact with their devices.Priced at Rs.35,990, the phone features a 3D 4.3-inch display and a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm snapdragon dual-core processor. It also features dual 5 megapixel cameras, which can be used to capture both conventional and 3D images and videos.
The connectivity options you can use 3G, Wi Fi included with Wi Fi sharing and WiMAX too. The Bluetooth has become must require in all the handset and it does has that with latest versions release of v 3.0 with A2DP & EDR. Additionally it has got one micro USB port and a HDMI port.


With dual camera of 5 mega pixels you can capture 2D photos with up to 5 mega pixel resolutions and you can capture 3D photos with up to 2 megapixel resolutions. The camera is capable of recording 2D & 3D photos with up to 720 pixels HD resolution. Additionally as a 3G phone it has got 1.3 megapixel cameras on the front which allows 3G live chat and webcam broadcasting. The camera on the rear side also includes auto focus and dual LED flash.EVO 3D comes with a Lithium ion based 1730 mAh battery which is capable of providing a 358 hours during 2G usage and up to 420 hours of standby time during 3G usage.
