Red dress fashion show is the national initiative of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to try to prevent one million heart attacks and strokes over the next five years on the occasion its 10th anniversary.Models in Red Dress show included “Dynasty” star Linda Evans actress Minka Kelly and Jenna Elfman “Millionaire Matchmaker” Patti Stanger and Debbie Phelps.
